• You expressly understand and agree that ShareSEER.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if ShareSEER has been advised by you or any third party in advance) resulting from: use or the inability to use Service, the cost of substitute goods and services, information or services puchased or obtained while using Service or any other matter relating to the service.
• You expressly understand and agree that ShareSEER.com does not give any buy or sell recommendations. All data provided is as is and without warranty. You use all data and aggregations at your own risk and the decisions you make if any are your own.
• By using ShareSEER.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms).

• Cancellation & Refund: ShareSEER currently is a fremium service. In case of paid services we offer free cancellation once the current fee schedule is complete. There is no refund. Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product. Though unlikely, we may shutdown services either temporarily or permanently due to unforseeable circumstances.
• Shipping & Delivery: Since this is a digital good, there is no physical shipping and delivery. Any access to services will be via our website.

• Any new features that augment or enhance Service are subject of Terms.
• You must not modify another website so it mimics Service for any reason including false implification of association of Service.
